Matt is focused on working within Rich Realty Group’s Land Team to help find land for builders as well as find real estate investment opportunities for investors in the Raleigh area.
He was born and raised in Raleigh and went to NC State for Business and Professional Golf Management. He started out as a Golf Professional, then proceeded to start two businesses which led him to real estate investing.
In his free time you can find him outdoors exploring the mountains, beach or one of North Carolina’s many parks.
