Martha grew up in Raleigh, NC, where she has lived since day one, excluding her four years spent at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Preceding Carolina, Martha was a graduate of Needham B. Broughton High School and continues to be an active part of her hometown community.

A Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications has shown to be beneficial in her real estate endeavors. At a time when many social media platforms had just come on the scene, Martha took advantage by incorporating both personal and professional communications into her coursework. She continues to utilize her presence on social media which has helped expand her client base.

Growing up in a “real estate household,” many facets of the business were ingrained in Martha at an early age. Upon graduating from UNC, Martha swiftly became a NC licensed real estate agent and realtor, and a NC licensed appraiser. Martha worked for an appraisal firm in Raleigh for a number of years postgrad, which gives her an even deeper understanding of value in our community and beyond. Martha can provide a deeper insight regarding all aspects of a home, from both the appraiser and realtor perspective. With her wealth of knowledge, providing a realistic and comfortable experience for her clients comes second nature.

Martha is not scouring the real estate market, which she almost always is (again, it’s second nature!), she enjoys tennis, golf, “finding” at estate sales, walking her dog, Nelly, and trips to the crystal coast of North Carolina. Martha brings a strong work ethic and an in-depth, unique perspective to the Rich Realty Group team. It’s a great day to buy real estate!
