Leigh Baker provides an exceptional benefit to her clients through her vast and unique experiences in various aspects of the Raleigh real estate market.

Through her passion for real estate, Leigh has built, renovated, flipped and developed dozens of residential and investment properties of her own as well as worked in the design realm for customers in Raleigh and Morehead City.

She owned and operated her own real estate appraisal business for 12 years, where she developed expertise in market valuation of residential properties. She decided to make the shift to realtor where she can showcase her knowledge from her experiences.

Leigh is a third generation Raleigh native who graduated from Sanderson High School and received a BA in economics from Wake Forest University.
