Originally from a cozy little town in southeastern North Carolina, Anne moved to Raleigh in the early 2000’s to attend college and play soccer at local Peace University.

Realizing she had become friends with the entire city in just 4 years, Anne simply couldn’t leave, planted her roots in Raleigh, and currently lives in the Historic Mordecai Neighborhood with her miniature shadows Wook and Bozzie — the cutest little 12 lb, face-licking (yours or hers) fur babies inside the beltline (100% confirmed).

Following her passion for people and capitalizing on her selfless nature, Anne became a licensed Real Estate agent and seamlessly continued doing what she does best — make friends and help them out in any way she could.

A woman of many hats, Anne has been known to close on a house, connect builders to teardown opportunity or lots for sale, or photograph and create content for her many social media accounts. And that’s all before lunch. Her creativity through marketing and her unparalleled ability to communicate with clients has made Anne the perfect addition to Rich Realty Group.

When Anne isn’t making us smile and the lives of our clients easier, she, Wook and Bozzie enjoy going to see live music with friends, playing tennis at Lion’s Park, watching college sports and pulling for their beloved Carolina Panthers.
